Movie Description
From the producers of campy cult action shows like XENA: WARRIOR PRINCESS and HERCULES: THE LEGENDARY JOURNEYS comes CLEOPATRA 2525, a similarly over-the-top adventure program. In the far future, mankind is reduced to living underground, as the surface is controlled by the alien Baileys and their army of dangerous robots. Tough girls Hel (Gina Torres) and Sarge (Victoria Pratt) come across cryogenically frozen 20th century stripper Cleo (Jennifer Sky) and release her. The trio are determined to lead a revolt against the Baileys and retake Earth for human beings, but ditzy Cleo usually ends up causing difficulties rather than solving them. Like a comic book come to life, CLEOPATRA 2525 is unabashedly corny and ridiculous, providing something for everyone with both scanty costumes and a girl-power theme.
