Synopsis
As a violent typhoon approaches the sprawling metropolis of Tokyo, a mysterious yellow Lancia heads out onto the vacant streets for a little joyride. Meanwhile, police officers Natsumi and Miyuki are rushing through the darkened city to get a sick and pregnant woman to the hospital. But as they hurry to save the woman's life, they run into that Lancia -- which means they've run into trouble.
