Movie Description
The dirty secrets of a "perfect" marriage are revealed when a couple's car crashes and bursts into flames with the husband inside and the wife thrown clear. An autopsy shows he died not from the crash, but from a bullet to the head.
Synopsis
From Showtime Original Pictures, a suspense thriller about a couple who are involved in a terrible car crash on a lonely stretch of highway. The wife survives, and the startling revelation is that the picture perfect marriage she shared with her husband was perhaps a sham after an autopsy reveals that he actually might have died from a bullet and not the accident.
