Movie Description
Ann Hecker (Annabella Sciorra) is a New York psychiatrist lured into a sexual underworld fueled by the erotic fantasies of one of her patients (Deborah Unger) and a new romance with rugged pilot Doug McDowell (Jamey Sheridan). But when she finds herself caught up in the shocking aftermath of a patient's murder, Ann begins to suspect her new lover may somehow be involved and turns to her college mentor (Alan Alda) for help. The suspenseful erotic thriller co-stars Anthony LaPaglia, Jill Clayburgh, and John Leguizamo.
Synopsis
A fragile, young Manhattan psychiatrist is bothered by persistent erotic dreams which she believes are inspired by the masochistic sexual confessions of one of her patients. When she becomes romantically involved with a pilot she meets on the elevator in her building, she discovers that he has a connection to this patient, and the consequences prove shocking.
