For 2008's WE THE BEST, Lil Wayne collects an astonishing number of top MCs; the opening track alone remixes Rick Ross's "Speedin'," stretching the song out to six minutes with verses from Busta Rhymes, Webbie, Fat Joe, Flo Rida, and a chorus by R. Kelly. The surprisingly lushly produced collection plays more like a concert than your standard mixtape, with the album basically spread into sets by Ross, Fat Joe, Wayne, Birdman, and Young Jeezy, as T-Pain, Snoop Dogg, Scarface, and many others hop on stage.
