Movie Description
Director James Keitel's low-budget feature debut WANDERLUST is an offbeat exploration of the ties that bind. Kelley (Ria Pavia) is a young woman who grudgingly travels to a remote island off the coast of Chile to retrieve her wayward brother Dennis (Tracy Fraim). With no intention of returning home, Dennis tricks Kelley into missing the only flight out and forcing her to wait for three weeks until the next opportunity. In the meantime, she meets handsome young islander Craig (Kelly Ciscone), and soon faces her own decision between family loyalty and the promise of a new love. WANDERLUST chronicles Kelly's odyssey of personal discovery with a warm blend of romantic comedy and family drama, intercut with hilarious flashbacks to the home movies of the siblings' eccentric Aunt Clara (Amzie Strickland).
