Description
Facing an oil crisis, the countries of the world must buy oil from OMAR. However, the United States refuses to pay the exorbitant prices. Fearing that other countries will follow, OMAR hires a terrorist to force the U.S. to buy. However, an embittered truck driver named Cowboy forms the Vigilantes to stop the terrorist. Will the Vigilantes be able to stop the terror and destruction in VIGILANTE 8?
