They intercept a strange video mysteriously deposited on their doorstep, and while viewing the tape, witness the mutilation of the town's postmaster.
VIDEO VIOLENCE PART 2...THE EXPLOITATION: Howard and Eli have now graduated from their bloody basement antics and have managed to pirate a cable TV channel for their demented purposes. The infamous hosts are charming as well as sadistic.
