Grammy, Brit, Billboard, Mobo-winning international reggae superstar Shaggy, the artist responsible for putting dancehall reggae in the charts and releasing some of the biggest pop records of the last decade ("Oh Carolina", "It Wasn't Me" to name but two) releases his single "Ultimatum".
