On this entertaining 2006 CD/DVD release, the long-running Mexican wrestling-inspired surf-rock ensemble Los Straitjackets joins forces with Scottish singer Kaiser George (of the Kaisers) for a set of rollicking, retro-minded rock & roll numbers. In addition to performances of hot-rod rave-ups such as "Hypno-Twist" and "Kitty Kat," the DVD component of TWIST PARTY presents the neo-burlesque act the World Famous Pontani Sisters demonstrating the steps to various dances such as "the Daddy-O."
