Movie Description
After a botched drug exchange leaves a French gangster in possession of the goods, the cash, and a raft of dead bodies, he hides out amongst young street thugs in a juvenile detention center. When his angry rivals finally catch up to him, the stage is set for a violent showdown between the hardened criminals and their up-and-coming counterparts.
