Post-9/11 paranoia gets the slapstick treatment in THIS IS NOT A TEST, the story of one man's over-the-top preparations for the impending apocalypse. When Carl (Hill Harper) becomes convinced that terrorists are going to attack Los Angeles, he begins to stockpile goods, and, with the help of his new friend Tom Arnold (playing himself), build a bomb shelter. As his obsession deepens, his marriage begins to fall apart, leaving Hill with a whole new doomsday scenario on his hands.
