Movie Description Jamaica's first digitally shot feature film, THIRD WORLD COP is driven by an outstanding reggae/dancehall score (compliments of Sly & Robbie). When Capone (Paul Campbell), a no nonsense police officer, returns to his old neighborhood in Kingston, Jamaica, he discovers that his best friend from childhood has become an important figure in a dangerous gunrunning racket. It is up to Capone to clean things up before the criminals can take over the community.
