Movie Description A hard-hitting story about the new breed of London gangsters growing powerful in the era of drug prohibition. Harvey Keitel (RESERVOIR DOGS) stars as a tough New York City policeman dealing with tough British thugs and criminals.
Synopsis John Harris, a tough New York cop, is sent off to London to aid the local authorities in their investigation of a series of murders. An American drug smuggling ring is suspected, and Harris believes that the killings are the work of Carl Frazer, a NYC druglord he's been trying to nail for almost a year. With no hard evidence to back up his hunch, Harris desperately searches for someone to help him get the goods on Frazer.
Meanwhile, the body count continues to rise...
