Seller's Comments: This 302 pg. book by Jim Locke is the revised edition with a foreword by Tracy Kidder. The subtitle is: Everything You Need to Know Building a New House or Remodeling an Old One. Chapters include walls, porches and decks, the roof, basement, etc. Exterior is very good condition due to some minor corner and edgewear and a very very slight crease in the front cover. You have to look for it. An excellent book on the art of building a house and what to look for.
