Movie Description
A year after his return from Vietnam, a young veteran living at home with his domineering father and misguidedly cheerful mother still can't put the effects of the war behind him. When the family gathers for Thanksgiving, his pent-up anger and frustration boil over, leading to a wrenching confrontation that will forever change the very fabric of the family.
Synopsis
When Vietnam vet Jeremy Collier returns home to Texas, after serving in Vietnam, his presence immediately causes conflicts within his dysfunctional family. Then, during a climactic Thanksgiving weekend, the deeply traumatized Jeremy and his stony father have it out... and Jeremy reveals exactly what he endured in Vietnam.
But only time will tell whether the family will pull together -- or become even more fractured -- after the holiday is over.
