Synopsis An old house, still full of furniture but devoid of people, becomes the playground of 10-year-old Neely and her seven-year-old brother, Grub. Trouble arises, however, when Grub seems to be able to communicate with the ghost of a former occupant and a troubled family moves into the house., Having trespassed and explored the empty Hutchinson mansion, which seems haunted by the presence of a long-dead young girl, sixth grader Neely and her little brother become regular visitors when emotionally disturbed Curtis Hutchinson moves in.
