Movie Description
Sarabeth Cohen (Marla Sokoloff) leaves her overbearing Brooklyn family and moves across the water to Manhattan in THE TOLLBOOTH. Taking a job as a waitress and determined to make a splash in the art world, Sarabeth finds it difficult to shake off the various family members who continue to meddle in her affairs. Director Debra Kirschner stretches Cohen's story out over a year, creating a moving portrait of family life that is both funny and sad.
