Legendary director John Boorman (DELIVERANCE) fashions a dark parable of Ireland’s early-21st-century economic boom in his black-comedy thriller THE TIGER’S TAIL. Liam O’Leary (Brendan Gleeson) is a stressed-out Dublin businessman whose wealth doesn’t ensure a happy home life with his unfulfilled wife, Jane (SEX AND THE CITY’s Kim Cattrall), and rebellious son, Connor (Gleeson’s real-life son, Briain Gleeson). Liam is further rattled when he begins seeing a doppelganger around town and becomes convinced that the man is out to usurp his identity. But is the double real, or is Liam having a breakdown of Hitchcockian proportions? Acclaimed Irish actors Sinead Cusack and Ciaran Hinds offer supporting turns as Liam’s concerned sister, Oona, and his priest-friend, Father Andy.
