Louis L'Amour's story of a couple who, with their son, struggle to make a home in the wild and lawless West of the 1800's. Ultimately, their dreams of a new frontier become their worst nightmares.
Synopsis
When the McKaskels move out west, the brave gunslinger Vallion may be able to protect these helpless pioneers from Indians and outlaws, but, at the same time, he may also dismantle their family unity by stealing Mrs. McKaskel's love.
