Saffron Burrows (THE BANK JOB) stars as a dying woman in this directorial debut from actress Amy Redford. Though Mel is still just a young woman, she receives a startling diagnosis from her doctor: she has just months left. Though some people in her situation might choose to lose heart, Mel decides to take the opportunity to live life to the fullest and experience everything she can in her remaining time. THE GUITAR also stars Isaach de Bankole (CASINO ROYALE) and Paz de la Huerta (CHOKE).
