Synopsis New York art dealer Ethan Muller stumbles onto a cache of brilliant, yet disturbing, drawings in an abandoned Queens apartment, though the artist is nowhere to be found. After Muller exhibits the works, he receives some intriguing feedback from two very different sources. The police are interested because several of the drawings' subjects bear uncanny resemblances to recent murder victims, while an anonymous person sends Muller a series of bizarre letters threatening him to abandon his discovery at once. The art dealer turns into a detective, trying to find the link between the murders and the drawings, never realizing that his own involvement may be the most crucial connection.
