Movie Description Seth Brundle was a scientist whose genes were scrambled with those of a common housefly during an experiment in matter transmission. Now his son, Martin, finds himself in a fierce battle to remain human while an evil group of scientists is intent on allowing him to progress to whatever new forms his genes take him.
Synopsis In this sequel to David Cronenberg's 1986 "The Fly" (a remake of the 1958 sci-fi classic) the son of the original Fly is raised in a laboratory under the watchful eye of Bartok, an evil scientist who wants to exploit him. Born encased in an insect sac (which results in his mother's death), by the age of five the junior Fly is a fully grown adult and scientific genius. Before mutating into a horrible insect like his dad, he attempts to complete work on his father's teleportation machine, do away with Bartok, and have a love affair with a female research scientist.
