Immortal life proves worse than death in this thriller. An elderly doctor (character actor Bill Cobbs, NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM) performs a miraculous feat of strength that piques the curiosity of his fellow small-town residents, but he didn't do it on his own. He cheats death thanks to a scientific discovery, but the consequences may be more frightening than he could have imagined.
