Synopsis
In this romantic thriller, a gem expert and an FBI agent team up to catch a dangerous ring of gem thieves. After gem cutter Kate Chandler has completed her commission for a Florida gem collector, she asks her half-brother Lee to deliver the seven finished sapphires to the customer. When Lee disappears en route, the FBI concludes that he and a mysterious blond woman stole the stones and subsequently shacked up together. This seems improbable to Kate, because Lee is gay. When Kate tracks one of the sapphires to a unscrupulous gem dealer, it leads her into a partnership--and a romance--with the FBI agent assigned to find the stones.
