Movie Description
This compilation features four comedy movies with Ben Stiller, each described below:
REALITY BITES (1993) - Lelaina (Winona Ryder) faces life after college, using a video documentary about her confused and drifting friends to advance her ambitions in the entertainment industry. When a video executive (Ben Stiller, also making his directorial debut) becomes romantically interested in her, she is forced to choose between her slacker boyfriend (Ethan Hawke) and the cruel world of adulthood lurking ahead.
MYSTERY MEN (1999) - Insane supervillain Casanova Frankenstein (Geoffrey Rush) squares off against the Mystery Men: Mr. Furious (Ben Stiller), The Bowler (Janeane Garofalo), The Blue Raja (Hank Azaria), The Shoveler (William H. Macy), The Spleen (Paul "Pee Wee Herman" Reubens), The Sphinx (Wes Studi), and the Invisible Boy (Kel Mitchell), a group of misfits in possession of superpowers.
MEET THE PARENTS (2000) - Greg Focker (Ben Stiller), a neurotic nurse intent on marrying his girlfriend, struggles to win the approval of her father, Jack (Robert De Niro), an extremely protective ex-CIA agent.
ALONG CAME POLLY (2004) - Reuben (Ben Stiller), an overanxious insurance risk analyst, finds himself dumped on his honeymoon by fickle wife Lisa (Debra Messing), who runs off with Jacques (Hank Azaria), a muscle-bound nudist scuba instructor. A few days later, Reuben is back in New York at a pretentious gallery opening and encounters Polly Price (Jennifer Aniston), a quirky, worldly, adventurous soul.
