A man who was horribly disfigured in an automobile accident that also took the life of his wife, seeks revenge on those whom he believes to be responsible.
Synopsis
When a woman dies in surgery, her disfigured (and presumed dead) husband plots revenge on the nine medics who failed to save her life.
