Synopsis
Philippe De Broca's madcap yarn about a French soldier who comes to Paris to visit his fiancee Agnes -- the only person who knows the location of a priceless ancient statue. But before Adrian even has the chance to shed his coat, the beautiful Agnes is kidnapped right from under his nose. Without a second thought Adrian leaps out the window and embarks on a crazy, full-scale pursuit of the kidnappers -- on motorcycle, on foot and on a plane. Eventually, Adrian lands in Rio de Janeiro. But before he can rescue his beloved from the treacherous Professor Catalan, Adrian has to steal a car, visit the capital Brasília, and contend with the perils of the Amazon jungle.
