If payment is not made within 7 days of auction's end nonpayment will be reported to eBay. If no resolution can be met to make payment an Unpaid Item Strike will be given to the buyer.

We do not accept COD, Money Order, or Check.

All of our items are in hand. They are not shipped from a warehouse or 3rd party distributor.

Handling time for orders is no more than 2 business days.

Orders are packaged with care to avoid damage in shipping. In the event that damage occurs to a package the shipping company must be contacted. Please do not contact Rampant Books with shipping damages.

All shipments will be via USPS.

International Shipping

International shipments will be made via USPS Priority Mail. Please contact us with your location to get an accurate quote.

Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving shipment.
• Buyer will be responsible for shipping item back and will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
• Items damaged in transit must be reported to the shipping company.
• For an item to qualify for a refund it must be returned in the same condition it was when shipped.
• Refunds will be issued in the form of merchant credit.
