Movie Description
Many of the stars on the Warner Bros. roster make appearances in this lavish musical--including Humphrey Bogart, Bette Davis, and Errol Flynn--shedding their dramatic personas for song, dance, and hilarious comedy. The plot concerns an egomaniacal, mean-spirited movie star who is making life a living hell for the producers of a benefit show. Meanwhile, a nerdy tour guide is finding it impossible to find work as an actor--because of his strong resemblance to that uncouth film actor. That all changes when the producers decide to have the troublesome entertainer kidnapped...and replaced by his look-alike. Will the scheme succeed?
