This sometimes-member of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony is the first of the five to go solo. Flesh-N-Bone's debut is a mixture of Bone Thugs' new-school style of rhyme and an R&B-flavored swing. Flesh-N-Bone's lyrics, if you're quick enough to catch them, cover a wide range of topics, from his intense view of how cruel the world can be ("World So Cruel") to his representation of his hometown, Cleveland, Ohio ("Northcoast"). T.H.U.G.S. separates itself from the hip-hop pack by virtue of smooth production that gives it a mainstream appeal.
