Movie Description Tony Curtis stars in this outrageous comedy about three non-com service men who work con games, getting into trouble with the sheriff (Ernest Borgnine) and redneck Tom Ewell. Pretty soon, the minor skirmishes have escalated into an all-out war.
Synopsis In an effort to improve relations with the community, officers from a local army base decide to throw a party. Townsfolk and soldiers are invited to attend. A problem arises, however, when Shannon, one of the officers, starts flirting with Ramona -- a woman whom Sheriff Harve considers his personal property. So the sheriff and the local town militia put Shannon under arrest. When Shannon's friends come out of their drunken stupor they realize what transpired and set out to free their friend with the aid of a newly restored WWII tank.
