Buyer's-Beware!!! Of Idiot-Seller's who are quoting the following: "A-Free-Up-Grade-To-1st-Class-shipping". This is totally bogus, it does not even exist!! As of 07-01-2002, all USPS'S scales will automatically default to 1st-Class-Postage only if the total shipping weight is not > 5 ozs. USPS'S "Official-Policy" is the only "Up-Grade" from Media-Rate is to Priority. USPS will substitute 1st-Class for Media-Rate. Again, this is not an up-grade & it certaintly is NOT-FREE!!! |
