Movie Description
In a faraway land a king has outlawed noise of any kind. When a mysterious stranger arrives and bestows a "song spinner" on a young girl the enchanted girl strives to get past the noise police and share the beauty of music with the king.

Synopsis
King Frilo, the ruler of a snowy kingdom, is so despondent that he has banned all kinds of noise. However, that rule is threatened when a stranger visits young Aurora and gives her a precious gift: a "song spinner," which emits beautiful music. But to enable Aurora to use the item, she not only has to get past the fearless Noise Police, she must face the King and convince him to change his mind about the noise ordinance. Will the young girl succeed in restoring music and love within the silent land?
