Drugs, sex, and binge-drinking fight for space in this unsparing British series about teenagers. Consider it an edgier O.C., or--depending on one's perspective--a considerably more lighthearted draft of KIDS. The comic drama centers on charismatic leader-of-the-pack Tony (Nicholas Hoult, ABOUT A BOY), his girlfriend Michelle (April Pearson), and the awkward youths pulled into their orbit--including timid virgin Sid (Mike Bailey), anorexic gamine Callie (Hannah Murray), and quasi-Muslim Anwar (Dev Patel). This volume presents nine episodes of student hedonism, romance, and laughs.
