Movie Description
Indie favorite James LeGros stars in this low-budget comedy with a high number of laughs. The Sherman of the title (Michael Shulman) is a Manhattan resident who has his orderly life planned out--that is, until he finds himself in California, broke, dumped by his girlfriend (Lacey Chabert), and stranded almost 500 miles from a highly coveted internship. Enter Palmer (LeGros), a laid-back ex-athlete who says he’ll give Sherman a ride to southern California if Sherman will help him repaint his car. But the allure of the Napa Valley and a pretty blonde (Brooke Nevin) might just cause Sherman to take a much-needed detour from his perfectly planned life. SHERMAN’S WAY also stars Enrico Colatoni, M. Emmett Walsh, and Thomas Ian Nicholas.
