Movie Description
In 2001, SCRUBS turned the "doctor drama" formula on its ear, moving stolid patients and practitioners out of their standard, soap opera seriousness and into the wily world of single-camera comedy. The scrappy sitcom about an eager intern, J.D. (Zach Braff), offered a unique blend of broad humor and surprising heart that quickly made it a critical darling and a cult favorite.
