Samantha Newly (Christina Applegate) may have survived a hit-and-run car accident, but her memories weren’t so lucky. The young executive awakens from a coma to find that she can’t remember a thing about her own life. SAMANTHA WHO?, a quick-witted sitcom that garnered critical acclaim in its freshman season, follows Sam as she begins to uncover unsavory truths about the girl she used to be: when she reacquaints with friends and family, Sam learns that she was an alcoholic, a cheater, a liar, and an ungrateful daughter. With a clear picture of who she was, Sam begins to view her amnesia as a new lease on life, and commits herself to being a better human being. The 2008-09 season finds Samantha fully reunited with her parents, Regina (Jean Smart, 24) and Howard (Kevin Dunn, TRANSFORMERS), and her best friends, Andrea (Jennifer Esposito) and Dena (Melissa McCarthy, GILMORE GIRLS). This collection includes every episode from the show's second and final year.
