If Otto and Reggie don't act quickly, their dad's specialty store is going to lose all of its business to the faceless corporate giant, Sno-Mart! The only way to save Ray's store is by getting a little publicity, and that's going to mean winning every skateboarding, snowboarding, and BMX competition in town.
