Movie Description
Two young stock car racers travel to California with the hope of becoming drag racing champs. On the way, they pick up a girl whose aspiration is to become a movie star, and together they find plenty of trouble.
Synopsis
Nick Nolte and Don Johnson star in this sequel to the 1974 film, "Macon County Line."
The story focuses on Bo and Hartley, two drag racing buddies, who pick up a beautiful but violent hitchhiker and end up in trouble with the law. Soon the trio is heading down the highway with an angry cop in hot pursuit.
Sergeant Whittaker isn't the only one after the boys, however: a group of thugs also want to capture the Bo and Hartley. Who will catch up to the duo first -- Whittaker or the mob? Or will the lovely but deadly Junell do the damage for them?
