Movie Description
David Morrell's 1972 novel FIRST BLOOD spawned a franchise when the popular Rambo series was launched in '82. The first film was an adaptation of Morrell's book that stars Sylvester Stallone as John Rambo, a rugged Vietnam Vet and former Green Beret who struggles to adjust to life outside the military. He's soon called back into action in this and the other three films--RAMBO II, RAMBO III, and RAMBO--included in this collection. The films ultimately turned into a pet project for Stallone, who wrote, directed, produced, and starred in the fourth film in the series, which was shot some 20 years after the third installment.
