Movie Description Stevie (Van Hoy) is an ordinary thirteen year-old boy who finds his mother's gun and impulsively decides to rob a bank with his girlfriend, Rocky (Barton). The holdup escalates into a media circus, with an FBI negotiator (Reynolds) unable to stop the madness and the hostages inside the bank causing trouble as well. A raw, intense look at what happens when kids who have seen too many movies get a taste of celebrity and power.
