Album Notes Underground L.A. impresario Steve Aoki is renowned as founder of the Dim Mak label and promoter/DJ par excellence. On his mixmeister CD debut, he makes good use of the indie-electro scene he helped to create, putting together tracks from the digi-rocking likes of Justice, Green Velvet, and Datarock, as well as more rock-oriented (but still very dance-friendly) types like Bloc Party and the Klaxons. It's not strictly a mix/remix affair, either, as guests from the Faint, Spank Rock, and more contribute guest vocals to the non-stop dance party Aoki cooks up.
