Synopsis
Spencer Johnson, the boardroom Aesop who wrote the international phenomenon WHO MOVED MY CHEESE?, returns with another lucid allegory dedicated to simplifying the struggle for personal success and satisfaction. In this tale, a young man who lives a mundane existence in a valley meets an old man who lives peacefully on a peak. During the course of their conversations, the young man learns that the very same values and ideas that keep the old man happy on his peak apply to those in the valley as well. Originally slated for a release later in 2009, this book was rushed to press in order to hopefully capture the attentions of those countless folks stuck in the global valley caused by the worldwide financial crisis.
