Movie Description A widowed policeman is killed in the line of duty, leaving behind three little girls. His best friend, a dedicated, extremely honest NYPD detective, decides to take in the orphaned girls and raise them with the help of his wife. The detective quickly discovers how hard it is to sustain a family on a policeman's salary. Desperately in need of a larger place to live and under fire from unsympathetic social workers who want to remove the girls to what they consider a more suitable home, the well-meaning cop becomes involved in an unsavory scheme to raise extra money.
