Movie Description
Helmed by legendary French director Alain Resnais (HIROSHIMA MON AMOUR), NOT ON THE LIPS is a stunning operetta. Stylistically resembling an early-20th century film, Resnais casts Audrey Tatou (AMELIE) and Sabine Azéma (SAME OLD SONG) as two women vying for the affections of Charly (Jalil Lespert). Comedic capers ensue, with the cast indulging in many musical numbers along the way. Fans of Baz Luhrmann's MOULIN ROUGE should find much to love in NOT ON THE LIPS.
