Movie Description Nestor the donkey is a bit of an oddity--his long ears are enough for six donkeys and stretch all the way to the ground. One night, when Nestor is locked out in the cold, he begins to wander the desert. When he becomes lost, Nestor is certain he's a goner, but much to his surprise, the donkey is visited by an angel, Tilly. She tells him that he's very important in God's plan and must help carry two travelers--Joseph the carpenter and his pregnant wife, Mary--to a manger in Bethlehem. There Nestor witnesses something miraculous and extraordinary--the birth of a baby who will change history forever. With NESTOR, directors Arthur Rankin and Jules Bass (FROSTY THE SNOWMAN, RUDOLPH'S SHINY NEW YEAR) team up to deliver yet another unforgettable stop-motion animated holiday special. A funny mix of DUMBO and THE LITTLE DRUMMER BOY, the film is a funny, touching Christmas odyssey that leaves audiences with tears in their eyes and fuzzy feelings in their hearts.
