About this Movie
Movie Description
A look at the architecture of one of history's greatest civilizations: the Ancient Egyptians. For centuries, some of the most magnificent monuments in Ancient Egypt were built by Egyptian pharaohs and the people of the Nile. Large measures are taken to preserve these structures in order to keep the past alive. The great temples of Luxor and Karnak are examples of these preserved monuments. Take a trip across the Nile to the Land of the Dead where the lavish tombs of the kings & queens of Egypt are buried. Lastly, Egyptologists ponder many questions here in their attempts to decipher Egypt's fascinating past.

Synopsis
An exploration of the fascinating and mysterious history behind the ancient Egyptian civilization and their monuments.

Film Notes
