Movie Description
Set in the aftermath of the American Civil War, this Western from writer/director/actor Paul Winters is indicative of some of the problems encountered in the fall-out from the epic battle. Nate Washington (Ricco Ross) is a former slave heading west with Colonel Ben Loftin (Paul Winters). Loftin's wife has been brutally murdered by the Union Major (Carlos Milano), and the duo set out to track him down and wreak some revenge. Although the war is over, the journey becomes just as hazardous as the skirmish from which they have emerged, with a band of Indian warriors besieging the travelling twosome. Luckily they escape when a Chippewa Warrior Chief whom they had previously befriended comes to their rescue. Continuing on their quest, the duo show a dogged determination to complete their task, leading to a suspense-filled conclusion to this gripping Western drama.
