Movie Description Identical twin sisters, separated at birth, discover each other while traveling on the Orient Express. Set during the turn of the century.
Synopsis Twins Lili and Dora are born in Budapest on the exact same night in 1880 that Thomas Edison exhibited his lightbulb in Menlo Park, thus introducing the age of modernity. Separated at an early age, the girls grow up to lead different lives, one a revolutionary, the other a seductress.
Film Notes "My 20th Century" is the first film by a non-Russian director in which Oleg Jankowski, star of 60 Russian films including "Nostalgia," appeared.
Feature-film debut for director Ildiko Enyedi, who has produced five shorts and one documentary.
Film has been featured at 33 film festivals worldwide.
